Join us and share your passion for comics! We're making them just for you. Publisher - Michael Bornstein Michael is a lifelong comic book fan and collector. He believes in creating a company that celebrates comic books as modern mythology and delivers a wide range of entertaining stories. With a passion for comics of all types and genres, Michael has put together an all-star team of creative storytellers to help bring this vision of a 21st century publisher to life. During the day, Michael is a prominent pediatrician in the great state of Texas. Artist - Greg LaRocque With a career spanning over 30 years in comics, Greg LaRocque is a true icon in the field. His work with Marvel and DC Comics has produced some of the most critically acclaimed series of the past half century including The Flash and Web of Spider-Man. He is well known for his sharp pencil and ink work and a beautiful style that produces incredible figures. Greg is the creator of the independent series Crybaby and has working on many fan favorite comic book series including Battlestar Galactica. Marketing - Barlow Jones Barlow was raised in horror movies as witnessed by the name his parents gave him. He has been a comic book fan since he could read and is one of the most passionate collectors of comics we have ever met. Barlow is in charge of getting the word out about American Mythology and talking to fans about all the great books we have coming out. Artist - Giancarlo Caracuzzo Giancarlo has been an illustrator of comics and story boards since 1982 working with the largest European and American distribution companies. He has illustrated cmics for S.Bonelli Editore, Mondadori Editore, De Agostini Editore, Granata press, Universo editore, Edizioni Lancio, Editions Delcourt, Dupuis, Robert Laffont, Marvel Comics ( including Spider-Man & Iron Man), DC Comics ( Jonah Hex, Batman 66), Image comics, IDW Publisher( The last Resort), IDW (Indestructible) , and Amiculus tome 1 and 2 with Travis Horseman. Artist - Neil Vokes Neil Vokes has been illustrating comics for over 30 years. Beginning in 1984 with Robotech for Comico. He went on to co-create the exciting 1980s B&W Indie comic EAGLE with Rich Rankin. Neil has drawn Superman Adventures, Untold Tales of Spider-Man, Johnny Demon, Ninjak, and The Black Forest to name just a few. Near and dear to his heart were the fabulous chapter illustrations for two classic horror film books: In All Sincerity, Peter Cushing and Vincent Price: The art of Fear. He is currently working on a new Flesh & Blood volume with Robert Tinnell and Under the Pyramids with Jack Herman. That's All,Vokes! Artist - Andrew Mangum Andrew Mangum, began his career as an inker in 2001. By 2006, he was fully illustrating for Zenescope Entertainment. Andrew’s known primarily for his dark and hyper-detailed art style, as well as his versatility as both an inker and illustrator. Andrew has worked on many titles for today’s top publishers in the comic book industry such as DC Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Image Comics, and some top indy-publishers like Zenescope Entertainment, Castle-Rain Entertainment and Arcana Comics. Andrew has also contributed his artwork to many album covers, storyboards, and other entertainment related industries. Artist - Mark Wheatley Mark Wheatley is a multi-award winning artist whose work has been repeatedly included in the annual Spectrum selection of fantastic art and has appeared in private gallery shows, The Norman Rockwell Museum, Toledo Museum of Art, Huntington Art Museum, Fitchburg Art Museum, James A. Michener Art Museum and the Library of Congress. He has designed for Lady Gaga, created set pieces for The Black Eyed Peas, contributed designs to ABC’s Beauty and the Beast, the CBS Super Clyde and also for CBS The Millers. Several of his original graphic novels have been optioned for motion pictures with Blood of the Innocent currently in pre‑production. He is an Illustrator for both the Comic Book industry and the Film Industry, working on Books for Marvel and DC comics as well as Films from various studios like New Line Studios, Warner Bros and Universal Studios. He has worked on major media tie-in events, illustrating two Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash comic book series bringing together Friday the Thirteenth, Nightmare on Elm Street, and Army of Darkness into one fan favorite series. He currently is the artist on Dynamite Entertainment's Evil Ernie series. Artist & Writer - Mike Wolfer Mike Wolfer has been writing and illustrating comics for 30 years. His work in the world of cult horror entertainment covers some of the most iconic series ever including NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD and FRIDAY THE 13TH comic series. He has also served as both writer and artist on John Russo’s ESCAPE OF THE LIVING DEAD and co-wrote a 30-issue run of LADY DEATH. Rounding out Wolfer’s resumé are extensive credits on Warren Ellis’ GRAVEL, currently in development at Legendary Pictures, and his Gothic horror line of DAUGHTERS OF THE DARK ORACLE, published by Mike Wolfer Entertainment. Gallant is an illustrator living in Washington, D.C. and working in the comic industry. He has worked for DC, Chaos, Malibu, and Dark Horse comics. Currently you can find his work coming out thru IDW comics, first on their Executioner: Mack Bolan series and now on their G.I. Joe movie prequel series. You can still find his work in Europe in Titan publishing’s BBC: Torchwood magazine and in their Dreamworks Monsters Vs Aliens movie adaptation. Artist - Holly K Golightly Holly G! grew up in NYC. After spending her high school years at Anglo-American, she did a year at Bard for Film, a year at Parson’s School of Design for Storyboarding and then finally graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Acting. Navigating careers in Education, Fashion Design and Children’s Entertainment, Holly finally followed her bliss into comic books! She has worked on many well known characters, some of which are Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Cheryl Blossom, Josie & the Pussycats, Betty & Veronica and Cosmo Girl! Artist & Colorist Blair Smith Artist - Ken Haeser Blair Smith was first influenced by his mother and grandmother’s creativity, then he followed his love of the arts to college. Attending the Art Institute of Philadelphia in 1988-1990, He graduated valedictorian of his class, receiving an Associates Degree in Illustration. His illustrations have appeared in Image Comics, Zenescope Comics & Dynamite Entertainment. In 2007, Tales of the Starlight Drive In, won the treasured BEST GRAPHIC NOVEL OF THE YEAR award in the 2009 Comics Buyer’s Guide Annual Fan Awards! Nominated 2014 Ghastly Awards for Best One Shot Comic Ken Haeser is a graduate of the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art. He has worked on such books as The Eyes of Asia from Digital Webbing, Jailbait from Asylum Films based on the movie and My Little Phony: A Brony Adventure from Dynamite. He is also the co-creator of the Ghastly and Comic Monster nominated comic, The Living Corpse and worked on character designs for The Amazing Adventures of The Living Corpse movie from Shoreline Entertainment and Anchor Bay. Artist - Jacob Greenawalt Jacob Greenawalt is an Animator and Illustrator out of Philadelphia whose cartoons have been screened internationally at film and animation festivals, including being featured at Animaze: Animation Day in Cannes in 2015. He has a passion for classic cartoons and comics and brings over 12 years of Storyboard Art and Character Design experience to his artwork on Pink Panther. Jacob has worked for THQ, MiND TV, Camp Chaos Studios and contributed to Philly's own NUMiNOUS Magazine and sCryptComics. Writer - Todd Livingston Todd Livingston is the author of AMP books Rocky & Bullwinkle Show, Rocky & Bullwinkle As Seen On TV, a contributor to Pink Panther, and a co-creator of the series Starring Sonya Devereaux. His previous comics work includes the Image books The Black Forest, The Wicked West, and America Jr., and Chopper Zombie, Sheena, Queen Of The Jungle and The ODD Squad for Devils Due. He is also a TV/Film writer/producer/director; his first movie So You’ve Downloaded A Demon premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. That’s in France. He has a couple of Emmy and Rondo Awards and served on the Advisory Board and Nominating Committee for the Spike TV Scream Awards. He also modeled as Professor X for the Marvel issue X-Men Origins: Jean Grey, illustrated by Mike Mayhew. Artist - Chris Scalf Chris Scalf has been a comic book illustrator and graphic design artist for over 20 years. He had a critically acclaimed run on the classic 1970s sci-fi series Battlestar Galactica and has worked on Aliens, Star Wars, and many other comic books. His digital artwork has been described as "cinematic" and he has an incredible talent for turning art into digital animation. Writer - Jack Herman Jack Herman has been writing comics since the 1980s such as Bill Willingham’s Elementals, ROBOTECH the Macross Saga, ROBOTECH the Next Generation, Eagle, Death’s Head, The Terminator, Deadworld, Operative Scorpio, comics adaptations of HG Lewis horror classics Blood Feast and 2000 Maniacs, true crime series Psycho Killers, Zombie Bomb and Bela Lugosi’s Tales from the Grave. His software game projects include Ultima VII: The Black Gate, Wing Commander II Special Operations 2, Serpent Isle- Ultima VII Part 2, Bioforge and Super Hind- Explosive Helicopter Action. He is the co-creator, with Jeff Dee, of the Villains and Vigilantes superhero RPG from Monkey House Games. Writer - S.A. Check Writer - James Kuhoric S.A. Check is a sci-fi and fantasy novelist writing out of south-western PA. He earned his degree in English / Writing at Penn State University and has contributed to various print media. His short story Tangled Lines appeared in the charity anthology Hazard Yet Forward and he's the creator of Welcome to GreenGrass, a sci-fi/adventure and Maxx Fragg, V.P.I., a horror/sci-fi urban fantasy. James Kuhoric is the comic writer of mega-hit franchise titles such as Battlestar Galactica, Army of Darkness, Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash, and the Six Million Dollar Man - Season Six. He is also the creator of the hit comic titles, Dead Irons and Legendary Talespinners. Over a career spanning two decades he has won and been nominated for many industry awards including Spike TV Scream Award, Gem Award, Comic Monsters Horror Award, and The Stan Lee Eagle Award. Writer - Mark Arnold Mark Arnold is a comic book and animation writer and historian. He has a BA in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State, has published "The Harveyville Fun Times!" since 1990, and published his first book "The Best of the Harveyville Fun Times!" in 2006. His second book "Created and Produced by Total TeleVision productions: The Story of Underdog, Tennessee Tuxedo, and the Rest" was published in 2009 by BearManor Media. He also published "Think Pink! The DePatie-Freleng Story" (2015). Mark has also produced and recorded DVD commentaries for Shout! Factory and Kino Lorber and has helped the San Francisco Cartoon Art Museum with various art shows. Writer - Mark L Haynes Mark Haynes has been working in and around comics, television, film and pop culture for more than twenty years. On the creative side, in addition to co-writing the critically acclaimed comic book series 24 (based on the Fox TV show), he has also specialized in adapting licensed intellectual properties into comic books including comic book incarnations of the classic BATTLESTAR GALACTICA and the alien invasion thriller FIRST WAVE. ​ Writer - J.C. Vaughn J.C. Vaughn is the Vice-President of Publishing for Gemstone Publishing, the home of The Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide. In comics he has created or co-created Zombie-Proof (with Vincent Spencer), Vampire, PA (with Brendon & Brian Fraim), Bedtime Stories for Impressionable Children, Return of the Human (with Mark Wheatley), and Antiques: The Comic Strip. He has also written or co-written 24 (with Mark L. Haynes, based on the Fox TV series), Shi (with Billy Tucci), Mighty Samson (with Jim Shooter), Cory Doctorow’s Futuristic Tales of the Here & Now, Blue Beetle in the DC Universe Holiday Special 2008, and Battlestar Galactica. Writer - Chrisopher Carey Christopher Paul Carey is the author of Swords Against the Moon Men, an authorized sequel to Edgar Rice Burroughs’ classic science fantasy novel The Moon Maid. He is the coauthor with Philip José Farmer of the novel The Song of Kwasin, and the author of Exiles of Kho, Hadon, King of Opar, and Blood of Ancient Opar, all works set in Farmer’s Khokarsa series. He is a senior editor at Paizo, working on both the bestselling Pathfinder and Starfinder roleplaying games. He has scripted comic books for Dynamite Entertainment and edited numerous collections, anthologies, and novels.
